Abstract

Human resource department is the core of any organization, it has the responsibilities of recruiting and evaluating employees for the business to maximizing profitability. This study provides the current advantages and disadvantages for human resource department when considering student employment and internships through qualitative research. This study also studies the factors that student need to consider when applying for employment and internships.
