Legal evasion is a long-standing problem in the judicial practice of private international law. This article intends to introduce the concept and method of legal evasion, define the legal evasion and its effect and application, then get the legal reason to avoid, and our country facing the law to avoid the present situation the analysis, and then put forward some suggestions.
