Research on the Educational Mechanism of University Teachers based on the Perspective of "Three All-round Education"

Abstract

Building the educational mechanism of university teachers from the perspective of "three All-round education" is the key to realize the educational work of university teachers. The exploration and research were carried out from the analysis of the main connotation of "three All-round education", the central features of the education mechanism, and the construction principles of education mechanism, improving the mechanism of unified leadership of the Party committee, the joint management mechanism of the team by all departments; perfecting the trinity mechanism of Full-time teachers, class teachers, and counselors; giving play to the leading mechanism of the Two-course teachers; improving the building of education mechanism of the administrative and service staff.
