From the perspective of women, this study analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in implementing the three-child policy in China, and explores the factors hindering the smooth implementation of the three-child policy through literature research, questionnaire survey, case analysis and other methods. These factors are mainly divided into economic, social and cultural policies Based on the above five factors, this paper proposes feasible countermeasures that take into account women's rights and interests and the benign implementation of the three-child policy, which is conducive to deepening the understanding of the three-child policy and has theoretical and practical significance.
