In this paper, we use the 3-PG model to establish the relationship between time and carbon sequestration function, further analyze the relationship between forest age and carbon sequestration based on the 3-PG model, and obtain the optimal forest management strategy aiming at the maximum carbon sequestration. In addition, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) model is established to deduce the transition points between optimal forest planning models from the mean values under different conditions. Finally, we use the 3-PG model to estimate the carbon sink values after 100 years. We refer to the 3-PG model and FCE to illustrate the necessity of moderate deforestation, which is beneficial to forest development and carbon sequestration.
