Trade facilitation refers to the reduction of compliant transaction costs in commercial activities through streamlining administrative procedures, improving administrative efficiency, and optimizing the specific provisions of relevant laws and regulations under the leadership of government administrative departments, thereby promoting the convenient circulation of goods and services. In the process of development of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone, we should take the construction of the rule of law as the foundation and actively promote the extension of trade facilitation to a higher level through institutional innovation.
