Abstract

The domestic dairy consumption market is constantly expanding, but most dairy products are perishable and difficult to preserve. Therefore, the supply chain network of the dairy industry is special and its cost is relatively high. Based on Marshall L. Fisher's supply chain matching model, this paper constructs an agile supply chain network for the dairy industry, which is cost-optimized for each node and the whole.
