Abstract

China's primary medical and health service level is improving day by day, but it is still at a relatively primary level. In this paper, more than 30 articles reflecting the problems, present situation and prospects of primary health human resources in China have been studied, and various existing problems of primary health human resources have been analyzed. Corresponding solutions and policy suggestions have been put forward for different levels of problems, which will help the scientific development of primary health care.
