Abstract

This paper focuses on the analysis using currency-related theories represented by the Mundell-Fleming model for the change in the price of USDJPY from the beginning of 2022 to the present. While incorporating special current events changes, the author pays attention to the impact of the traditional safe-haven currency status on the changes in the yen’s exchange rate and makes a reasonable forecast of its future trend.
