Valuation Analysis of Metaverse Industry

Since the beginning of 2022, share prices have been affected by volatility with the downturn in the market, and the Internet companies are at an important point of reform simultaneously, of which metaverse is the main direction. The meta-universe concept has been thrust into the limelight and has received widespread attention, with domestic and international companies beginning to lay out their transformations. Based on data collection and literature retrieving, we will discuss the future development prospects and potential of the metaverse from the development stage of the metaverse industry, the drivers of the metaverse industry, the business model and valuation of the metaverse industry. According to analysis, the market value of the metaverse will continue to climb as technology advances and the times reform. Although the metaverse is now in the development stage, we are extremely optimistic about its future development prospects and market value. These results shed light on guiding further exploration of the metaverse.
