With the continuous promotion of talent informatization, to improve the talent development index system for social needs and talent growth needs, academic evaluation and talent data management type platforms have gradually emerged and rapidly developed, and have been more widely used. However, there are many risks in the process of developing such emerging data platforms, which seriously affect the final benefit of the project. Therefore, this reaseach take the Global Unified Artifact Distributed Autonomous project as an example and apply the FMEA method for risk identification and risk assessment. The results show that the technical risks are the most serious and the schedule risks are the least serious. At the same time, the paper proposes strategies for optimizing the risk management of software projects to help the projects be carried out correctly and orderly.
