This uniqueness matched China’s land allocation but still evolve throughout the development of the country. In this paper, we will discuss the impact of land property right on China’s rural-urban migration through the government’s angle and the market’s angle with the help of a database from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) national statistical survey.
