The rationalization of industrial structure refers to the aggregation quality among industries. On the one hand, it can reflect the degree of coordination among industries, and on the other hand, it can also reflect the degree of effective use of resources. The measurement of rationalization of industrial structure is a measure of the coupling degree between factor input structure and output structure. Through the construction and verification of the structural rationalization model, the agricultural development in western China is evaluated and analyzed.
