Abstract

As a cutting-edge technology and high value-added industry, semiconductor has gradually developed into a pillar industry of global economic growth. After several years of technology accumulation and achievement stack, Hefei semiconductor industry has formed a large-scale, systematic and diversified industrial layout, but the "bottleneck" and challenges can not be ignored. Based on the current situation and existing problems of Hefei semiconductor industry development, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to break through the bottleneck and help the industry boosting, in order to give suggestions for the iterative upgrading of Hefei semiconductor industry.
