Abstract

The current market of digital media application technology personnel training positioning, but not optimistic. There is a serious polarization in the positioning of Chinese digital media technical talents. The talents cultivated are usually mainly low-end production personnel (skilled technicians) and pure researchers, while the middle layer compound talents, which are in the greatest demand in the future, are the least. Therefore, under the demand of a large number of talents, it has become the inevitable mission of higher vocational education to cultivate excellent digital media technical talents. It will be the development direction of digital media application technology in the future to cultivate compound applied talents with both the spirit of scientific creation and the ability of aesthetic and artistic creation.
