Research on the Transformation and Upgrading of Green Finance Enabling Enterprises in China under the Goal of "Double-Carbon"

Abstract

Under the background of China's "Double-carbon" goal, the development of green finance is extremely urgent. At present, the transformation and upgrading of green finance enabling enterprises are faced with challenges such as different standards and regulatory loopholes. The study on the mechanism of green finance on low-carbon transformation of enterprises can effectively solve the stagnation of green finance in China, and contribute to the sustainable development of China's economy under the "Double-carbon" standard. Based on the existing literature, this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the transformation and upgrading of green finance-enabled enterprises, studies the mechanism and specific forms of the transformation and upgrading of green finance-enabled enterprises under the goal of "Double-carbon", and puts forward feasible policy suggestions.
