With the increasingly serious global climate change and environmental problems, green supply chain management has become one of the key paths for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. In this context, Tsingtao Brewery, as a leading enterprise in China 's beer industry, actively responds to the wave of digital transformation and integrates the green concept into all aspects of supply chain management. This study aims to explore the impact of Tsingtao Brewery 's digital transformation on green supply chain management and its effectiveness. This paper analyzes the degree and characteristics of the digital transformation of the beer industry, discusses the specific impact of digital transformation on the green supply chain management of Tsingtao Brewery, and proposes corresponding improvement strategies for the problems existing in the digital green supply chain management of Tsingtao Brewery.
