Abstract

The ongoing enhancement of network infrastructure and the rapid expansion of public service applications have significantly improved living standards. However, these advancements have also widened the gap in the level and quality of basic public services between urban and rural areas, regions, and different social groups. This study aimed to enhance clients' ability to identify and utilize public service opportunities, thereby improving their digital skills. Through a one-month exploratory intervention trial focused on public infrastructure usage education, the study confirmed that such education positively impacts farmers' ability to use public infrastructure. This provides valuable insights for interventions targeting the digital divide.
