Abstract

This study reviews and synthesizes the difficult status of investigating real estate in China. Previous studies have included different aspects of factors that contribute to China's real estate woes, including epidemic effects, market effects, policy effects, and many other aspects. And each factor has played an important role in influencing the current predicament of Chinese real estate. This paper evaluates the epidemic impact, market impact, policy impact, and other factors work together to cause China's current real estate dilemma. The current analysis shows that the combination of these factors has led to a vicious cycle of high debt and low liquidity in Chinese real estate.
