The Development Issues and Countermeasures of Real Estate Market in the Post-COVID-19 Era

Contemporarily, COVID-19 has swept across the country, causing a huge impact on China’s economy, especially the real estate market. China is poised to enter a post-COVID-19 era as its real estate companies resume work in an orderly manner as the COVID-19 prevention and control efforts gradually make progress. This paper focuses on the real estate industry and analyzes the development status and problems of the real estate market in the post-COVID-19 era. According to the analysis, the real estate market will gradually recover in the post-COVID-19 era. Besides, this paper also puts forward some thoughts and suggestions in order to realize the recovery and revitalization of the real estate market in the post-COVID-19 era. These results shed light on guiding further exploration of the real estate market returned to the right track in the post-COVID-19 era and achieved rapid development.
