Using Cluster Analysis to Solve Mobile Communication Network Site Planning Problems

The area planning problem involves optimization model and clustering model, according to the site construction requirements, the base station planning needs to cover 90% of the business volume in the weak coverage area. In the process of site selection, it is required that the cost is as low as possible and the constraints of each condition are satisfied. Therefore, according to different site construction conditions, two corresponding planning schemes and a clustering method are derived.
