Countermeasures for the Planning and Construction of Villages and Towns in the View of Rural Revitalization

Abstract

In recent years, the state has put rural revitalization in an important position of the national development strategy, emphasizing that rural revitalization must be realized in order to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers and improve rural economic income. Under the rural revitalization strategy, in order to restore the overall vitality of villages and towns, we must give priority to the development of agricultural and rural areas. However, due to the restriction of the dual structure of urban and rural areas, the planning and construction of villages and towns are faced with many problems, such as the absence of the main body of village planning and construction management, the crisis of abandoning cultivated land for other purposes, poor living conditions and even destruction. This paper emphasizes practical village planning, pays attention to the construction of ecological civilization and the principle of construction and development according to local conditions, constructs a diversified development space, and provides effective assistance for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, as well as the development of practical rural planning.
